These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CATaskKit website at www.cataskkit.in, the Attendly application at attendly.cataskkit.in, and any related mobile applications and services (together, the "Services"), operated by CATaskKit ("CATaskKit", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- "Workspace" / "Organization" — the company account created when you sign up, which holds your team's data.
- "Owner", "HR", "Manager", "Employee" — the roles within a Workspace, each with different permissions.
- "Customer Data" — data you and your users submit to the Services (employees, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, reimbursement claims and receipts, etc.).
- "Subscription" — your paid or free plan for a Workspace for a defined period.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By creating a Workspace you represent that you are authorised to bind the organization you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. The Services
Attendly is a multi-tenant, cloud-based HR & attendance platform that provides, among other things: geo-tagged check-in/out, leave management and approvals, payroll computation, reimbursement claims, announcements, reporting and Excel export, and a mobile app for employees. Features available to you depend on your plan and your role.
4. Plans, fees & billing
Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is described on our Pricing page. In summary:
- Every Workspace receives a 1-year period from the date it onboards.
- Up to 5 employees is free for that whole period and renews free.
- Above 5 employees, fees are charged per employee, per month, billed annually in advance at the applicable tier (₹25 for 6–10, ₹20 for 11–50, ₹18 for 51–100, ₹15 for 101+).
- The optional Reimbursements add-on is ₹5 per employee per month (billed annually; free for Workspaces of 5 or fewer).
- Raising your seat cap mid-period charges only the additional, prorated cost for the days remaining in your period; your period end date does not change. A fresh year is charged only at renewal.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). The price is computed and verified by our servers from the published tier table; we do not store your full card details. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew or auto-charge without an action initiated by an Owner/HR admin.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit any user to:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to other Workspaces, our systems, or any data not belonging to you;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law;
- use the Services to collect or process personal data without a lawful basis and the necessary consents from your employees.
7. Customer Data & privacy
As between you and us, you own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide and support the Services. You are the data controller/fiduciary for your employees' personal data and are responsible for obtaining any required notices and consents (for example, for gelocation capture during check-in). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on reputable third-party providers, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Razorpay (payments), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and mapping providers (location display). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics and the CATaskKit and Attendly names and logos, are owned by CATaskKit or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.
10. Service availability & warranties
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATaskKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CATaskKit from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services at any time; cancellation is handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
